Proshop Return and Refund Policy

GFF Proshop Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies only to Proshop orders fulfilled by Golf Fan Fair. Marketplace purchases are covered under a separate arrangement between buyers and sellers.

1. Eligibility for return

We accept return requests for Proshop items that fall into one of these categories
  • Defective or faulty items
  • Damaged on arrival
  • Wrong item or wrong variant received
  • Item clearly not as described
Change of mind returns are not accepted at this time.

2. Return request window

  • You must submit a return request within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery
  • Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted
The 14 day window applies to the date you receive the parcel, not the date of order.

3. Condition and evidence required

To help us review your request quickly and fairly
  • You must provide clear photos showing the issue
  • For functional or quality issues, a short video is recommended
  • Wherever possible, items should be kept in their original condition and packaging unless the defect makes this unreasonable
If the photos or video are unclear, we may request additional evidence before making a decision.

4. When items do not need to be returned

Depending on the item type and value
  • For lower value items or minor issues, we may approve a refund or partial refund without requiring the item to be returned
  • For higher value items, we may request that the item be returned before a refund is processed
  • In some cases, we may approve a refund and invite you to keep, discard or donate the item
We will confirm whether a physical return is required after reviewing your request.

5. Return shipping cost

For approved cases that fall under defective, damaged, wrong item or not as described
  •  Customers do not pay return shipping
  • Golf Fan Fair will either
  • arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping, or
  • confirm that the item does not need to be returned
Return shipping arrangements will be confirmed in our email reply for each case.

6. Refund methods

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method wherever possible
  •  Card payments made through Stripe
  • Refunds will be processed back to the same card used for the purchase
  • PayNow payments
  • Refunds will be returned to the same PayNow number used at checkout
Refund processing time is usually three to ten business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. When refunds are issued

Once your return request is approved and any required item is received or confirmed for non return
  • We will process the refund or arrange a replacement within three business days
  • You will receive an email confirming the outcome and the amount refunded, if applicable
In some cases we may offer
  • A replacement of the same item
  • A refund
  • A partial refund if the item remains usable
We will explain the option offered to you before processing.

8. How to submit a return request

To request a return for a Proshop item
  • Submit a request through our Proshop Return Form with
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Clear photos or video of the issue
  • A short description of what went wrong
We aim to review all Proshop return requests within three business days.

9. Exceptions

The following may not be eligible for return
  • Final sale or clearance items where clearly indicated at the time of purchase
  • Certain hygiene sensitive products where return is not appropriate
Any such exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.
