This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies only to orders fulfilled by GFF Proshop.
Marketplace purchases are handled directly between buyers and sellers and follow
separate arrangements.

- GFF Proshop currently ships to customers within Singapore only
- International shipping is not available at this time
2. Shipping fees and free shipping
- Standard shipping fees are displayed at checkout
- Free shipping is offered for GFF Proshop orders above 68
- The free shipping threshold is calculated after discounts or promo codes are applied
- Free shipping applies only to local delivery within Singapore
3. Processing times
- Once your order is placed, processing time is typically one to three business days
- During peak periods or promotional campaigns, processing time may be slightly longer
- You will receive an email once your order has been shipped
4. Delivery timelines
- Delivery timelines depend on our fulfilment partners and may vary by item
- Most GFF Proshop orders are delivered within seven to fifteen business days from the date of dispatch
- These are estimated timelines and may be affected by courier delays, customs checks or festive periods
5. Tracking information
- When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number where available

6. Delivery attempts and address accuracy

- If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery or failed delivery attempts, additional charges may apply for redelivery

- Once the item is delivered to the address provided, the order is considered fulfilled
