GFF Proshop Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through GFF Proshop. Marketplace transactions between buyers and sellers are governed separately and do not fall under these terms.
By placing an order with GFF Proshop, you agree to the following terms.
1. Nature of GFF Proshop products
- All GFF Proshop items are new products fulfilled through partner suppliers
- Product descriptions, images and specifications are based on information provided by these suppliers
- Minor variations in colour, packaging or appearance may occur depending on manufacturing batches
2. Marketplace distinction
- Proshop items are sold and fulfilled by GFF
- Marketplace listings are created and fulfilled by individual users
- The policies in this document apply only to Proshop orders
3. Pricing and promotions
- Prices listed on GFF Proshop are in Singapore Dollars
- Prices may change at any time without prior notice
- Promotional thresholds, including free shipping or discounts, may be adjusted or withdrawn at any time
- If a pricing error occurs, GFF Proshop reserves the right to cancel affected orders with a full refund
4. Order acceptance
- Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed
- GFF Proshop reserves the right to decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock availability, supplier issues or payment irregularities
- In such cases, a full refund will be issued
5. Limitation of liability
- GFF Proshop is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather disruptions or peak period congestion
- Liability for any order is limited to the value of the item purchased
- GFF Proshop is not liable for incidental or consequential losses arising from purchase or delivery delays
6. Product suitability
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that product specifications such as sizing, compatibility or intended use meet their needs before purchasing
- GFF Proshop provides product information to the best of its ability but does not guarantee suitability for a specific purpose unless explicitly stated
7. Returns and refunds
- Returns and refunds are governed by the GFF Proshop Return and Refund Policy
- Customers must follow the required process and provide evidence where applicable
8. Shipping and delivery
- Shipping and delivery expectations are defined in the GFF Proshop Shipping and Delivery Policy
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
9. Payment terms
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayNow
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method in accordance with our Payment Policy
10. Changes to terms
- GFF Proshop may update these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in operations, fulfilment partners or regulatory requirements
- Continued use of the Proshop after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
